Bandeja Lab hasn't opened yet. Right now this website does one thing with personal data: it keeps the email addresses of people who sign up for early access. This page explains what we keep, why, and your rights. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.

What we collect
- Early access. Your email address, the level you picked if the form asked for it, which form you used and when you signed up.
- Emails you send us. If you write to hello@ or [email protected], we keep your message and address to answer you.
- Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We don't keep these ourselves.
We don't use cookies, analytics, ads or tracking pixels. Fonts are served from our own site, not from a font service.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email address only to tell you when you can start and to send you the invitation. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for other marketing. The basis is your consent when you sign up (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time. Technical data is processed for the legitimate interest of running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, the sign-up database and our email forwarding. Cloudflare may process data in the USA; it is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Frameworks and uses the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Google (Gmail). Emails to hello@ and [email protected] are forwarded to our Gmail inbox.
How long we keep it
Sign-ups are kept until you're invited or withdraw, and at most 12 months after early access closes. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or handed over to you. You can object to its use or withdraw your consent. Email [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
When the app opens
Uploading match videos involves more data: the videos themselves, the players filmed in them and your account. We will update this page before the app opens and tell everyone who signed up.
